The health and safety of all our employees and stakeholders is the most important value in H+H: no one comes to work with the expectation of going home injured, or worse. We take the management of safety risks inherent in our business very seriously and we continuously work to create safe and healthy workplaces and conditions for our employees.

This approach is guided by our Health and Safety Policy. In moving towards our Zero Harm ambition, we are embedding a culture of safety and applying our safety management system across all of our operations, including near-miss reporting and root cause analysis to continuously improve our performance together with external and internal audits.
